The TPP isn't dead yet, and in his recent trip to Asia, President Obama pushed harder to highlight the economic incentives in the agreement.  The question is, if this is such a great deal for everyone, why the secrecy regarding the details?

Reports of threats to free speech and kangaroo courts are fueling the fires of conspiracy theorists everywhere...but are they just theories?  What of the rumors that the TPP would allow corporations like Monsanto to sue sovereign nations over enforcement of their own laws on their own soil for lost profits?
